In conditions of increasing social significance and the role of the state in the life of society, improving the quality of public services and the effectiveness of state bodies becomes the number one priority for the political authorities of any country.

It is the quality of public services that determines the satisfaction of the population with the work of the state and the level of trust in it.

At the same time, it is necessary to comprehensively investigate the approaches of the scientific community in matters of the quality of public services, ways to ensure it, and improve the efficiency of civil servants in interaction with the population.
