Abstract

The purpose of this article is to determine the level of influence that organizational culture has on a virtual project team. This article highlights the importance of project culture, communications, trust, leadership, and effective tools for the success of a virtual project team. Also, this article offers some recommendations for creating a new or improving the current organizational culture of projects.
