Abstract

Word order and inversion of  predicate in sentence is interesting from point of text syntax.

One of the factors affecting the multifaceted semantics of the sentence is the context (text) factor in which the sentence is included. The semantics of the sentence, which serves to express the idea orally and in writing way, is fully specified only within the context. Text, in turn, is one of the main factors affecting the order of words in a sentence.

The stylistic and structural features of the text determine the word order of the sentences. Thus, there is a difference in both character and function between the word order of a single sentence and the word order formed by the influence of other sentences within the text.

In the structure of the sentence, the inversion of predicate, mainly the inversion of the subject to the postposition in the sentence, can be considered as a strong text-creating factor. The inversion of the predicate to preposition ensures the connection of that sentence with the previous sentence within the text.
