The primary objective of this paper is to provide a comprehensive exploration of the conceptualization, quantification, and evaluation of various aspects related to organizational culture and performance. Through a thorough review of extensive literature, it becomes evident that organizational culture significantly impacts a multitude of organizational processes, employee engagement, and overall performance.
Furthermore, this research underscores the multifaceted nature of culture, highlighting its diverse dimensions. The Balance Scorecard emerges as a promising tool for measuring performance within a performance management framework.
