Abstract

The analysis of the international development of real estate management in china is becoming extremely relevant in the context of rapid growth of urbanization, globalization of the economy and intensive attraction of foreign investment in the country. Chinese cities and megacities continue to grow, and the real estate market plays a key role in the country's economy. In the context of increased competition and integration in the global market, there is a need to create effective real estate management models that meet international standards. The relationship between economic growth, changes in legislation and market structure requires in-depth analysis and adaptation of new real estate management practices for the sustainable development of the industry. The novelty of the research lies in the systematic analysis of the process of integrating international real estate management practices in the context of china.
