Abstract

The relevance of this topic is due to a number of current trends and challenges faced by higher education in China.   The high pace of development of the Chinese economy and the significant attention of the state to the development of science and education has allowed China to take a leading position in the field of education in the world.  The scientific novelty of the research lies in the creation of a new approach to assessing the well-being of the teaching staff, which takes into account various aspects such as wages, working conditions, access to professional development and social security, and allows for a deep and comprehensive analysis. The collected data made it possible to identify key problems and factors affecting job satisfaction, which helped in the development of recommendations for improving working conditions and increasing teacher motivation
